Timber Sales and Logging Supervision

We believe that our most important service is preparing timber for sale and then ensuring that harvesting is performed in accordance with Best Management Practices (BMP). We are not affiliated with any timber buying organization or logger, which allows us to represent your interests during the sales and harvesting processes.

During the sales process, we inventory the property and solicit bids from local timber buyers via sealed bids. At the conclusion of the bid opening we will review the prices and make our assessment of the bid opening to you. If you decide to proceed with the sale, we will assist in preparing the contract between you and the buyer.

During harvesting operations, we supervise adherence to contractual obligations by the logger to protect your land, timber, and water resources.
